This notice describes what Sibb collects, why, and the choices you have. The authoritative version is the one shown inside the app when you create an account, and your consent is recorded against that exact text.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to market other products to you.
Your SSN or ITIN is transmitted once, over an encrypted connection, to our credit provider so they can locate your file. It is never stored on your device and never stored in our database.
Nothing is shared unless you choose it. When you join a circle your sharing level is private. You may choose full view, score-only, or private, and change it at any time. Only you can change your own level. Withdrawing consent revokes access immediately, including access to any account you had shared.
Array (credit data), Supabase (authentication, database and file storage), and Apple (app distribution). Each acts as a processor under contract.
Your normalized credit data is kept while your account is open. Raw provider reports expire automatically. Deleting your account removes your profile, reports and Sibb data; certain security and audit records are retained where the law requires it.
